Set on a wooded hillside in New Hampshire, this four-bedroom Country Cape was designed for a retired couple with a large family who love to gather. The heart of the home is a spacious family room with vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace, opening through a glass accordion door to a four-season sunroom and out to a courtyard patio.

The kitchen flows into a generous breakfast nook on the east side to catch the morning light, which wraps into a formal dining room lined with windows. The natural slope of the site made room for a walkout basement with a finished rec room for the grandkids.
