Phase 3: Cost Control
Making sure your design and your budget work together.
Only once you're completely happy with the schematic design do we develop the drawings further into what we call a Pricing Set. This includes enough detail for your builder to gather bids from subcontractors and develop a realistic picture of what the project will cost to build.
If the numbers come in higher than expected, we go back to the drawing board together, exploring ways to reduce costs without sacrificing the features that matter most to you. We can repeat this process as needed, refining the design and updating the pricing until your vision and budget are aligned.
The goal is to make informed decisions early, before investing in final construction documents or discovering costly surprises during construction.
