We begin with conceptual hand sketches, exploring floor plans, exterior styles, natural light, and how your home fits its surroundings.

One of our favorite parts of the process is our live, interactive design sessions. Through screen sharing and 3D modeling, we can walk through your home together, make changes in real time, and experiment with layouts, window styles, materials, colors, and finishes. It's a collaborative process where you're actively involved in shaping the design, not just reviewing drawings.

We continue refining everything together until the spaces, proportions, and overall character feel just right.

By the end of Schematic Design, you'll have developed floor plans, exterior elevations, and detailed 3D views that bring your vision to life and provide a foundation for evaluating construction costs.
